L'accesso e l'utilizzo del Servizio è condizionato all' accettazione e al rispetto di tali Termini. I presenti Termini si applicano a tutti i visitatori, utenti e altri che accedono o utilizzano il Servizio.
Accedendo o utilizzando il Servizio l'utente accetta di essere vincolato a questi Termini. Se in disaccordo con una qualsiasi parte dei termini, non si può avere accesso al Servizio.
Abbonamenti
Alcune parti del Servizio sono fatturati sotto forma di abbonamento ("Abbonamento (i)"). All'utente verrà addebitato in anticipo su base ricorrente e periodica ("Ciclo di fatturazione"). I cicli di fatturazione sono fissati su base annua.
Al termine di ogni Ciclo di Fatturazione, l'Abbonamento verrà rinnovato automaticamente alle stesse esatte condizioni salvo cancellazione da parte dell'utente o di Sisca System srls. È possibile cancellare il rinnovo Abbonamento sia online attraverso la pagina di gestione del profilo o contattando il personale di assistenza clienti di Sisca System srls.
Un metodo di pagamento valido, tra cui carta di credito o PayPal, è necessario per procedere al pagamento per l'Abbonamento. L'utente dovrà fornire a Sisca System srls accurate e complete informazioni per la fatturazione tra cui nome e cognome, indirizzo, stato, codice postale, numero di telefono, e i dettagli per il valido metodo di pagamento. Inviando tali informazioni di pagamento, si autorizza automaticamente Sisca System srls ad addebitare tutti i costi di Abbonamento sottoscritti attraverso il proprio profilo usando tali strumenti di pagamento.
In caso di mancata riuscita, per qualsiasi motivo, della fatturazione automatica, Sisca System srls emetterà una fattura elettronica che obbliga a procedere manualmente, entro una certa data di scadenza, al completo pagamento relativo al periodo di fatturazione, come indicato in fattura.
Modifiche Costo
Sisca System srls, a sua esclusiva discrezione e in qualsiasi momento, può modificare il costo di Sottoscrizione per gli Abbonamenti. Qualsiasi modifica al costo di Abbonamento entrerà in vigore alla fine del Ciclo di Fatturazione in corso.
Sisca System srls comunicherà con un preavviso ragionevole, qualsiasi modifica del costo di Sottoscrizione per dare l'opportunità di sospendere l'Abbonamento prima che tale variazione entri in vigore.
Il continuo utilizzo del Servizio dopo l'entrata in vigore della modifica del costo di Sottoscrizione comporta l'accettazione a pagare l'importo variato del costo di Abbonamento.
Rimborsi
Alcune richieste di rimborso per gli Abbonamenti possono essere prese in considerazione da Sisca System srls caso per caso e concessi ad esclusiva discrezione di Sisca System srls.
Contenuti
Il nostro Servizio permette di caricare, collegare, memorizzare, condividere e quindi rendere disponibili alcune informazioni, testi, grafici, video, o altro materiale ("Contenuto"). L'utente è responsabile per i Contenuto caricato nel Servizio, inclusa la loro legalità, l'affidabilità, e l'appropriatezza.
Con il caricamento di Contenuto nel Servizio, l'utente concede il diritto e la licenza ad utilizzare, modificare, esibire pubblicamente, visualizzare pubblicamente, riprodurre e distribuire tale Contenuto su e attraverso il Servizio. Quando si crea un Profilo, è necessario fornire informazioni accurate, complete e aggiornate in ogni momento. Il mancato rispetto di quanto sopra, costituisce una violazione dei Termini, e può provocare l'immediata cessazione del Profilo per il nostro Servizio.
L'utente è responsabile per la salvaguardia della password che utilizza per accedere al Servizio e per qualsiasi attività od azione con questa password, sia che la password sia per il nostro Servizio o per un servizio di terzi.
L'utente si impegna a non rivelare la propria password a terzi. È necessario avvisarCi subito se si riscontra qualsiasi violazione della sicurezza o uso non autorizzato del proprio Profilo.
Non si può usare come nome utente il nome di un'altra persona o entità, o che non è legalmente disponibile per l'uso, un nome o marchio che è soggetto a eventuali diritti di un'altra persona o entità diversa da sé senza autorizzazione, o un nome che è offensivo, volgare o osceno.

Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a annual basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Sisca System srls cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Sisca System srls customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Sisca System srls with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Sisca System srls to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Sisca System srls will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Fee Changes
Sisca System srls, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Sisca System srls will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Refunds
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Sisca System srls on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Sisca System srls.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
